What do I get when I order a resin frame?
Each frame comes with a backer sheet and full instructions (written and video tutorial) with tips, hints, and product suggestions. Resin and filler materials are not included.
Are full resin kits available?
Not yet. Right now we’re focused on frames only. We plan to offer full kits later with resin, gloves, filler, and color options.
Can I make my frame at your studio?
Yes, if you’re local to Highland, IL. We run workshops at Vine Gogh studio where you can use our materials and tools. Check the studio event calendar for upcoming dates. You can also pickup orders locally by visiting the studio or come in during open studio hours to complete your project.
What sizes are the frames?
Most small frames are around 6 × 8 inches. Large frames are typically 8 × 10 inches. All sizes are approximate and refer to the outer edge of the frame and vary a bit depending on the design. If you want a larger custom size *up to 20″x20″ contact us for a custom quote.
Do you sell digital files?
They are coming soon! If you are a maker who wants to create finished pieces to sell we will have files available for purchase soon.
Do you sell to other studios?
Yes, but not within 50 miles of Highland, IL. We protect our local service area. Orders placed from nearby studios will be canceled and refunded.
How long does it take to ship?
Frames are cut to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. Bulk orders may take a little longer. You’ll get tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.
Is there a bulk discount?
Yes. 6-packs and 12-packs are priced lower per frame. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping.
