Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Most orders take five to seven business days to process. During busy periods or promotions allow up to four weeks. If you need an order sooner email us about a rush order upcharge before you place your order.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies only to standard kit orders of seventy five dollars or more after any coupons or discounts are applied. Bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Shipping Methods and Timing
We ship Monday through Friday. Once your order ships you receive a tracking number by email. You can also log into your account to check status and tracking. Shipping time depends on the carrier and service selected and is not included in processing time.
Made to Order
All frames and digital kits are cut to order. We fulfill orders in the sequence received and cannot move one order ahead of another. Please be patient while we prepare your items.
Bulk and Class Orders
If you teach classes or workshops reach out before ordering so we can try to align processing with your schedule. Bulk orders are not guaranteed faster turnaround.
Broken or Missing Items
Each order ships with insurance. If an item arrives damaged file a claim with your carrier immediately. We do not replace broken items. If pieces are missing or incorrect let us know with photos and we will send the right parts.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for all customs duties VAT and import fees. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We do not reship returned packages and we do not reimburse customs charges.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. We cannot reroute or refund orders sent to the wrong address.
